Therapeutic Healing uses a PayPal checkout, a secure method of payment. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to purchase online through PayPal; all that is required is a valid debit/credit card.

Processing and Delivery
On receipt of your order we will confirm the details with you and advise you of the expected delivery timescale. In the event that any item is not in stock, the item will be made to order and we will contact you to advise you of delivery timescale. We hold a very small stock of items to ensure quality and freshness of our products.
Post & packaging
We ship to the Republic of Ireland. We aim to have all orders placed online, shipped next day provided all items are in stock & the order is placed before 12 am.
Unfortunately we are unable to send some liquids by an post postal service as many of them are classed as dangerous goods and we do not have the correct packing licence to do this.
Returns & Order Cancellation
A customer has the right to ‘cancel’ the contract at any time up to ‘7 working days starting the day after delivery’. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Therapeutic Healing. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
For Health and Safety reasons we will not accept any skincare products for refund or exchange.
You must contact us by phone or email us to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by registered post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us by phone or email within 2 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by registered post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
Our Skincare Promise
All our products are 100% natural, all emulsifiers and preservatives used are plant based. Our product range is not tested on animals and does not contain, Petrochemicals – no Mineral oil – no Parabens – no SLS – no Sulphates – no Synthetic Perfumes or Colorants – no PEG’s – no Propylene Glycol – no Silicones. Just simple genuine, certified organic or natural ingredients.
